Point-to-point.Fully private.

An International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) from DCConnect gives you a dedicated, Layer-2 pipe between two points — anywhere across our APAC footprint. No shared infrastructure, no internet hops, no packet loss surprises. Just clean bandwidth between A and B.

Why IPLC

When the internet is not good enough.

Some workloads simply cannot tolerate the unpredictability of public internet routing — cross-border financial transactions, real-time trading feeds, live video production, and enterprise WAN backbones all need something better. An IPLC gives you that: a dedicated Layer-2 circuit between two physical endpoints, entirely off the public internet.

DCConnect provisions IPLC across our own APAC backbone and partner network — one contract, one SLA, and a single NOC responsible for the end-to-end path. No finger-pointing between multiple carriers.

One connection from DCConnect gives you access to 300+ cloud providers across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and more — all provisioned through a single contract, a single SLA, and a single NOC.

What you get

Four things that come standard.

Every IPLC order ships with these four guarantees — no optional add-ons, no hidden asterisks.

How it works

A dedicated circuit in three steps.

DCConnect handles the provisioning across both ends. You just plug in at each site and go.

Circuit architecture

One path. Protected. Monitored. Accountable.

DCConnect IPLC uses our own APAC backbone for the majority of the circuit, supplemented by carefully selected partner network segments where required — all under our single end-to-end SLA.

Protection switching is available on all circuits: primary and diverse paths are pre-provisioned, and failover happens in under 50ms via automatic protection switching (APS). No manual intervention, no service desk tickets.

Who uses this

Where IPLC wins.

When data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, or raw performance make the public internet a non-starter.
