How do I check if my building is on-net?

What if there’s no fiber available at my site?
We evaluate alternatives: licensed fixed wireless for fast deployment, leased copper for lower-bandwidth needs, or a new fiber build for greenfield or long-term sites. We’ll recommend the most practical and cost-effective option.
Can I order Local Access Circuit on its own?
Yes — it can be ordered standalone for connecting a building into the DCConnect network, or bundled with DCI, IP Transit, Cloud Connect, IPLC, or any other service that needs a physical handoff point.
What does “path-diverse” actually guarantee?
A path-diverse circuit uses a different physical entry point, duct, and (where possible) last-mile partner from your primary circuit, so a single fiber cut or building entry failure doesn’t take down both. We document the diversity assessment per building.
Who handles landlord and building access approvals?
We do. Our project delivery team manages landlord notifications, building access permits, and any required civil works coordination as part of the install — you won’t need to chase building management directly.
What’s the minimum contract term?
Standard terms are 12, 24, or 36 months. Shorter terms are available for off-net new-builds where construction costs need to be amortized differently — talk to sales about your specific site.
