General Tasks

  • Assist with day-to-day departmental operations and duties.
  • Support team members in ongoing projects, reporting, and documentation.
  • Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries, presentations, or analytical reports.
  • Help manage internal systems, databases, and project tracking tools.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, or customer experience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in any field (Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.).
  • Strong willingness to learn about the telco and digital connectivity industry.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
