From cost-effective business broadband for branch sites to fully dedicated, symmetrical, SLA-backed internet for your core operations — pick the bandwidth model that fits each location, and grow into the next tier whenever you need to.
A small branch office and your primary data center don’t have the same uptime requirements or budget — so why force them onto the same connectivity product? DCConnect offers both Business Broadband, a cost-efficient shared-bandwidth service for everyday sites, and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), a guaranteed, symmetrical, SLA-backed circuit for locations where downtime isn’t an option.
Mix and match across your footprint, and upgrade from broadband to DIA at any site as it grows in importance — without switching providers or re-architecting your network.
What you get
Whichever tier you choose, every DCConnect internet circuit includes these four capabilities.
Flexible Bandwidth Tiers
From 20 Mbps shared broadband to 10 Gbps dedicated symmetrical circuits — sized to fit each site’s actual needs, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
Built-In DDoS Protection
Volumetric DDoS detection and scrubbing included on all DIA circuits, with optional broadband-tier protection for sites running public-facing services.
Financially-Backed SLA
DIA circuits carry a 99.9% uptime SLA with automatic service credits. Broadband includes a best-effort target with proactive monitoring and fast escalation.
Static IP & IPv6 Ready
Block-assigned static IPv4 on DIA, with IPv6 dual-stack available at no extra charge. Broadband includes dynamic or single static IP options.
How it works
DCConnect helps you size the right tier per location instead of guessing.
Tell us about the site
Branch office, retail store, or core data center — tell us the role of the site, expected traffic, and criticality. We recommend Business Broadband or Dedicated Internet Access accordingly.
Pick your bandwidth & SLA
Choose a bandwidth tier — shared for broadband, guaranteed symmetrical for DIA — and confirm IP allocation, static IP count, and any add-on DDoS protection.
Install, test, and monitor
Our delivery team installs and tests the circuit end-to-end. Once live, our 24×7 NOC monitors performance and SLA compliance automatically, across both tiers.
Business Broadband shares upstream capacity across multiple customers on the same access infrastructure — it’s fast to deploy and budget-friendly, ideal for sites where occasional contention during peak hours is an acceptable trade-off for cost.
Dedicated Internet Access gives you your own guaranteed, symmetrical bandwidth end-to-end — no contention, no peak-hour slowdown — backed by an SLA with real financial consequences if we miss it.
Technical specifications
Exact medium options, delivery parameters, and SLA terms — no vague marketing claims.
Shared Tier
Asymmetrical or symmetrical options on shared upstream capacity. Best-effort throughput with fair-use policy during peak contention periods.
Bandwidth — DIA
Dedicated Tier
Fully symmetrical, guaranteed, uncontended bandwidth end-to-end. No fair-use throttling — what you order is what you get, all the time.
IP Addressing
Static & Dual-Stack
DIA includes a static IPv4 block (/29 to /24 depending on tier) plus IPv6. Broadband includes 1 static IP standard, with dynamic IP as the default option.
Security
DDoS Mitigation
Volumetric DDoS scrubbing included standard on every DIA circuit. Available as an optional add-on for Broadband sites running internet-facing services.
99.9% (DIA)
DIA carries a 99.9% uptime SLA with automatic service credits for breaches. Broadband is delivered on a best-effort basis with proactive 24×7 monitoring.
Delivery
3–7 Day Install
Broadband installs typically activate within 3 business days on-net. DIA circuits typically require 5–7 business days for provisioning, testing, and SLA setup
Who uses this
Matching the right bandwidth model to the right site is most of the battle.
Retail & Branch Networks
Chains with dozens or hundreds of locations need affordable, fast-to-deploy connectivity at every site. Business Broadband keeps per-site cost low while still delivering reliable POS, Wi-Fi, and back-office connectivity.
Corporate HQ & Core Sites
Headquarters, primary data centers, and mission-critical offices need guaranteed bandwidth with no contention — Dedicated Internet Access ensures consistent performance for ERP, VoIP, and customer-facing applications.
SaaS & Small Hosting Providers
Public-facing services need static IPs, predictable upstream bandwidth, and DDoS resilience. DIA Business and Enterprise tiers provide the foundation for hosting customer-facing applications reliably.
Hybrid Footprints
Most enterprises don’t fit one mold. Run Broadband across satellite offices and DIA at the core, all under one DCConnect contract — and upgrade individual sites as their importance grows, without switching providers.

What’s the real difference between Broadband and DIA?
Broadband shares upstream capacity with other customers — it’s cheaper but can slow down during peak contention. DIA gives you fully dedicated, uncontended, symmetrical bandwidth backed by an SLA — what you order is what you always get.
Can I upgrade from Broadband to DIA later?
Yes. In most on-net buildings, an existing broadband circuit can be upgraded to DIA on the same physical access, or we provision a new dedicated circuit alongside it — whichever requires less disruption to your operations.
Do both tiers include static IP addresses?
DIA includes a static IPv4 block as standard, sized to your tier, plus IPv6. Broadband includes one static IP by default, with dynamic IP also available if a static address isn’t required.
Is DDoS protection included?
It’s included standard on all DIA circuits. For Broadband, DDoS protection is available as an optional add-on — recommended for any site running public-facing applications or services.
How is the SLA enforced on DIA?
We monitor uptime and packet loss continuously via our 24×7 NOC. If the 99.9% availability SLA is breached in a billing month, service credits are calculated and applied automatically — no claim forms required.
Can I mix Broadband and DIA across my sites?
Yes — this is the most common setup. Most customers run Business Broadband across branch and retail sites, and Dedicated Internet Access at HQ, core data centers, or any location where uptime is non-negotiable, all on one consolidated contract.
Tell us about your footprint — branch sites, HQ, data centers — and we’ll recommend the right mix of Broadband and DIA, with a proposal usually within 24 hours.
