Inside Sales Representative - Lead Conversion

Summary:

We are looking for a sales driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for following up and converting qualified leads generated by our marketing efforts into paying customers for our telecom network services. This is a fast-paced environment where you will leverage your strong communication and sales skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Contact leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other designated channels.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Present the value proposition of our telecom network services effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals independently.
  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate customer information and sales data.
  • Develop strong relationships with marketing and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with sales automation tools a plus.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
