IT System Manager

Manage and monitor all infrastructure and system installations, including deployment, configurations, testing, and maintenance
Oversee the constant availability of technical resources
Provide enterprise support to the client
Maintain and constantly improve existing systems
Use virtualization and cloud technologies to provide resilient performance infrastructures to support client needs
Participate in product testing to evaluate new products and features
Maintain and update documentation of procedures and operations
Engage with the R&D team to resolve technical issue
Maintain corporate system at high SLA standard and maintain system optimization

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent subject
At least 3 years of professional experience in System Operation team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Technical experience with public cloud like AWS or equivalent
Address complex problems at both an application and system level
Familiarity with multiple hosting platforms
Familiarity with Linux distributions (such as RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
Enterprise LAN/WAN network architectures
Understanding of networks and technologies, including proxies, SSL,etc.
Data center environments with high availability capabilities
Extensive experience troubleshooting remote Linux system issues
Confident, enthusiastic, fast learning with great communication and analytical skills
Good understanding and knowledge of networking and application-level operations
Demonstrated excellence at solving problems iteratively and delivering software that can be responsive to customer feedback
Able to work independently and cooperatively in team with all level personnel
