Job Description:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of DC Gateway, our BSS/OSS platform for SDN and SD-WAN
• Support feature development for auto-pricing, service provisioning, and service catalog in DC Gateway
• Conduct routine testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure platform stability and performance
• Contribute to the enhancement of Web Pricing Portal, including frontend/backend support
• Support the maintenance and improvement of Looking Glass tools for network visibility and diagnostics
• Assist in API integration tasks with telco partners, cloud platforms, and internal systems
• Participate in full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Follow agile DevOps processes and actively participate in team sprints and reviews
• Research and experiment with new software technologies relevant to our product suite
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation for both internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and commercial
• Stay up to date with industry trends in SDN, SD-WAN, CPQ systems, and network automation
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership in solving problems and delivering assigned tasks on time
