Tier 2 Network Engineer

General Tasks

  • Oversee NOC department daily operation, ensure NOC team is comply to NOC SOP.
  • Responsible for ensuring that incidents are handled effectively and efficiently, from initial
  • identification and triage to resolution and post-incident analysis.
  • Handle network surveillance & L2-L3 troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network.
  • Perform in-depth, technical presentations and proposals for upcoming and ongoing project delivery.
  • Technical support for projects – project preparation, pre-sales technical support, solution development, solution testing with customers, project delivery with a delivery team.
  • Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team and provides consultative support in your area of specialization to other Systems Engineers.
  • Supporting global network, including regular site visit to Indonesia NOC
  • Installation and provisioning of equipment in data center
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
