Tier2 NOC Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work in 7×24 NOC Team in shift rotation basis
  • Provide first level response to customer and follow escalation procedure when needed
  • Liaise with both internal & external parties in assist customer projects in daily operation
  • Maintain and operate SDN/SDWAN Portal to meet customer requirement
  • Maintain equipment inventory at up-to-date standard
  • Handle phone-in, email, instant message of support enquires in using our services
  • Monitoring corporate backbone network and proceed fault escalation accordingly

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for computer networks are welcome to apply
  • Experience in UNIX/LINUX environment
  • Basic Networking knowledge in OSI model, IP Addressing and TCP/IP
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication
  • Email, Whatsapp or WeChat are required in daily communications
  • Enthusiastic about new technology!
  • CCNA, LPI 1, or other related entry level certificates, good networking knowledge
