Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Department, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives within the department.
Assist in organizing departmental meetings, events, and project reviews.
Liaise with other departments, partners, and vendors to coordinate activities and ensure timely information flow.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personnel information.
Support budgeting, procurement, and document management tasks as needed.
Perform research, gather data, and assist in preparing materials for decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in an executive assistant, coordinator, or operations support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Familiarity with the telecommunications or tech industry is an advantage.
