Middle Manager – Project Management

Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and network projects across regional and global markets.
Manage and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring consistent project governance, methodology, and success metrics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to align initiatives with business goals.
Spearhead the implementation for network provisioning, performance optimization, and monitoring.
Monitor project portfolios, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, scope, and quality standards.
Proactively identify project risks and interdependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and escalation protocols.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes through post-project reviews and lessons learned.
Present project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership and executive teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
Proven experience in telecom, network infrastructure, or wholesale connectivity projects.
Strong technical understanding of MPLS, IEPL, IPLC, Ethernet, VPN, DIA, and dark fiber.
Familiarity with PMO practices, agile methodologies, and network automation tools.
Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise with stakeholders and partners in China.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
