Responsibilities:
Experience defining system or process requirements, building, integrating, or delivering layer 1, layer 2 or layer 3 network systems.
Experience in coding and frameworks with SQL, Python.
Ability to identify, breakdown, and solve processes and technical problems.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent program management skills with project delivery and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
Experience with IP transit/peering, dark fiber, colocation, optical transport, and cloud technologies and Telco industry processes.
Experience in telecommunications at carrier-class scale, with experience of optical networks, DWDM, IP and data services.
Experience presenting to executive audiences to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives.
Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with China-based stakeholders.
